Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

We entertain cancellation for FULL REFUND only till 2 weeks prior to the actual Training Delivery Date. In case of cancellation the refund policy is as below.

Refund Policy

If cancelled before 2 weeks of Training Delivery Date – FULL REFUND
If cancelled 2 Week to 1 Week of Training Delivery Date – 60% refund
If cancelled 1 week to the Training Delivery Date – 20% refund

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
